Signature Membership - $25,000
Initial retail purchases within the Tiburón community are required to become Signature Members with the option of upgrading to Medallion Membership. Signature Members enjoy a host of privileges as well as the use of Tiburón's Member Concierge Program.

Medallion Membership - $50,000
Medallion Memberships are available to residents and non-residents of the Tiburón community. Medallion Members enjoy a host of privileges as well as the use of Tiburón's Member Concierge Program.

Payment Plan
Tiburón is offering a three (3) year payment plan. $12,500 is due upon the execution of the Medallion Application. The second payment of $12,500 is due at the end of year one of the Medallion Program and final payment of $25,000 is due at the end of year two.
