WCI’s new strategic business alliance with ClubCorp allows privileged entry to hundreds of private country clubs, athletic clubs, and city and business clubs worldwide through the ClubCorp network of clubs.


Signature Membership - $25,000 Initiation Fee and $3,900 Annual Dues
Initial retail purchases within the Tiburón community are required to become Signature Members with the option of upgrading to Medallion Membership. Signature Members enjoy a host of privileges as well as the use of Tiburón's Member Concierge Program.

  • Golf privileges May through October for the member/guest rate, with 10-day advanced starting reservations
  • Use of the Tiburón member-only Fitness & Health Club
  • Member-only beach transportation* and lunch service

Medallion Membership - $50,000 Initiation Fee (Refundable) and $10,000 Annual Dues
Medallion Memberships are available to residents and non-residents of the Tiburón community. Medallion Members enjoy a host of privileges as well as the use of Tiburón's Member Concierge Program.

  • Year-round golf privileges for cart fee only, with 60-day advanced starting reservations
  • Reciprocal golf privileges May through October at WCI and area clubs
  • Use of the member-only Fitness & Health Club
