Pricing, Gratuity, & Sales Tax
A 22% service charge and 6% sales tax are added to all food & beverage purchases.
A 6% Sales tax will be added to any room fee.
Menu Selection & Guarantee
Your menu should be submitted to the club at your earliest convenience, but no later than two weeks prior to the event. A Guaranteed confirmation of attendance is required 72 hours in advance for all events & cannot be less than 20% of the original estimate given at the time of the booking. If the guarantee is not received 72 hours prior to the event the original attendance number will be used. Changes will be based on the attendance guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater. The chef will prepare 5% above the guaranteed number. Outside food may not be brought in for a banquet function without the consent of the Club Manager.
Alcohol Prices and items are subject to change without notice. The sale & service of all alcoholic beverages is regulated by the state of Florida. Tiburón is responsible for the legal & safe dispensing of alcohol, therefore no alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the club property. The Club will monitor alcohol consumption & management will intervene when deemed necessary. *We reserve the right to refuse bar service to anyone.
Contract & Billing
A Catering Contract Sheet will be sent to you in advance outlining the details of your party. Please sign & return a copy to the Banquet Director. Any changes in the agreed upon arrangements should be made through the coordinator immediately. A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain events. Payment in full is due the day of the event. Members will be billed on their club statement unless otherwise specified.
Tiburón Room Rental Fees
All dates are subject to availability and are confirmed with a signed, executed contract and non refundable deposit in the amount of the room rental fee plus applicable tax.100% of the minimum requirement fee is applied to Food and Beverage charges.

Dance Floor Fee $150
Chocolate Fountain $200 (Price includes rental only)
Valet parking is mandatory for all evening functions & will be charged according to banquet size.
The Club does not assume any liability for the loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises at any time. The Club will hold the member and/or host liable for any damages caused by guests or outside vendors.
All guests are required to adhere to the Country Club dress code.
Men: Shirts with collars & sleeves, slacks or Bermuda length shorts
Women: Dresses, skirts, slacks or Bermuda length shorts
Wedding Ceremony at Tiburón
A Tiburón Ceremony offers beautiful surroundings and views of the 9th & 18th Greens. The site is a large grassed lawn area located behind the clubhouse adjacent from the hotel.
